Position the fan inside the hole. Cut out the template, place it on the inside of the outer wall, and draw over it with a pencil.
Keep the fan in place against the wall and mark the screw holes of the fan onto the wall with a pencil.
Drill all the screw holes with a drill. Put fasteners inside the screw holes.
Cut a hole in the exterior wall for the exterior fan housing. Drill holes with a drill. Cut out the hole with a saw. Install and screw in the exterior fan housing.
Put the fan into the hole you cut in the bathroom wall. Put off electricity and connect fan to electrical supply according to the directions supplied with fan. Put electricity on. Switch on the fan and test it.
